I am an experienced and versatile consultant with a background in organisational change management, business process improvement, IT architecture development and leadership coaching.

Following a successful career in leading and facilitating IT enabled changes for clients on behalf of organisations such as IBM, Fujitsu and ICL, I left the corporate world in 2005 to work as an independent consultant focused on the human aspects of effective change management and leadership development.

Since 2005 I have been working with various Central Government Departments, helping them improve their own capability to manage change and reduce their dependence on external consultants (like me).
