Change = Processes that work for people

by Wayne Moore

This is absolutely critical.

The question: "What is in it for me?" must be answered and supported by employee participation in the change process.

This must strive for specific outcomes which spell out the benefit(s) to both organization and employees.

I like the simplicity as well as the absolutely practical and winner approach adopted by Stephen.
