I understand the fact that many people do not accept change immediately.

Also there are always questions around whether the change will benefit the employee or the organisation. In my experience, in most cases leaders do not explain clearly how the change benefits both the employee and the organisation.

Another important factor is that employees do not feel engaged with the change when they are not included in the consultative process and just have it imposed on them.
